Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

GreenLens is operated by BlinkShip LLC, a Washington state limited liability company. By accessing or using GreenLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GreenLens is a B2B estimating and quoting platform for landscaping professionals. The Service includes satellite-based property measurement, AI-powered work previews, quote creation, and customer communication tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a landscaping or related business to use GreenLens. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Notify us immediately at support@greenlens.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam) through our SMS or email features

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to GreenLens (photos, customer information, quotes). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any photos or customer data. By sending quotes or photo requests to your customers, you confirm you have their consent to contact them.

7. AI-Generated Content

GreenLens uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate work preview images. These images are approximations and should not be treated as exact representations of final work. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing it with customers.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 30 days of a charge.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

GreenLens provides SMS text messaging features to facilitate communication between landscaping professionals and their customers through the GreenLens Transactional Alerts program.

  • Consent: By entering a customer's phone number and initiating a quote or photo request, you represent that you have obtained the customer's prior express consent to receive SMS messages related to the service you are providing. See our SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy for full details on how consent is collected and verified.
  • Program name: GreenLens Transactional Alerts.
  • Message types: SMS messages include quote-ready notifications, photo upload requests, and service-related updates only. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
  • Opt-out: Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent unless the recipient re-subscribes by replying START.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@greenlens.app.
  • Message frequency: 1–3 messages per customer per service interaction. Message volume varies based on landscaper activity.
  • Msg & data rates may apply. Charges depend on the recipient's carrier and plan. GreenLens does not charge recipients for receiving messages.
  • Supported carriers: SMS is sent via major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper consent before sending messages to customers. Misuse of SMS features (including spam or unsolicited messaging) may result in immediate account suspension.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
